What's included

Every month we reconcile your bank and credit card accounts, categorize transactions, and deliver financial statements. We check for errors, duplicates, and misclassified expenses before closing the books. At year-end, everything is ready for your tax return with nothing to chase down.

How pricing works

Your rate is based on how much your business spends each month. A one-truck plumbing operation running $15,000 in monthly expenses pays less than a general contractor running $150,000. We look at your recent expense volume, quote a flat monthly rate, and that's what you pay. If your business grows and the numbers change significantly, we revisit the pricing together.
